BAZELON, Circuit Judge.
Texas Star Broadcasting Company was awarded a permit by the Federal Communications Commission to construct a radio station in Dallas, Texas. Operating as authorized on a frequency of 740 kilocycles, the new station would interfere with station KSEO which broadcasts from nearby Durant, Oklahoma, on a 750 kilocycle frequency.
