This is an agreed interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s order granting the motion for partial summary judgment filed by appellants and cross-appellees, Center-point Builders GP, LLC and Centerpoint Builders, Ltd. (“Centerpoint”) as to Cen-terpoint’s status as a “seller,” Center-point’s eligibility to seek indemnity from Trussway, Ltd. and the granting of full summary judgment in favor of Centerpoint as to Trussway’s cross-action against Cen-terpoint for indemnity.
