Daniel Allen Nelson appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the District of Minnesota finding him guilty, upon a jury verdict, of two counts of unlawful firearms possession in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922 and 26 U.S.C. § 5861. The district court sentenced Nelson to the mandatory minimum term of 180 months imprisonment on count I and to a concurrent term of 120 months imprisonment on count II.
