A controversy arose heretofore between the petitioner and respondent over the question of continuing the use of telegraph facilities by the plaintiff on the property of the railway company. The question of the removal of the wire service was submitted to the Corporation Commission in an action wherein tho order of the parties was in the reverse of the present action.
