Walther v. McOsker

This bill in equity was brought by the complainant individually and as administratrix of the estate of her late mother, Margaret A. Comstock, against the respondents, as co-administrators of the estate of Julia R. Adams, to obtain the return of certain securities. After a hearing in the superior court on bill, answer, replication and proof a final decree was entered denying and dismissing the bill of complaint. The cause is before us on the complainant’s appeal from such decree.
