MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER REGARDING DEBTOR’S APPLICATION TO SELL PERSONAL PROPERTY

JURISDICTION
This matter is before me on motion by San Jacinto Glass Industries, Inc. (debtor) to sell personal property pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363. I have jurisdiction to hear this proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b), 28 U.S.C. § 157(a), and the District Court’s Order of Reference of Bankruptcy Cases and Proceedings.
