Plaintiffs Roselink Investors, L.L.C., Zigmunt Wilf, BNE Associates, David Hal-pern, Davanne Realty Co., Inc., and Andrew Abramson (collectively “Creditors”) purchased Units offered in a private offering by Crown Books Corp. (“Crown Books”) and Crownbooks.com (“CB.com”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Crown Books responsible for Crown Books’ Internet sales.
