MEMORANDUM

HULL, District Judge.

This is a cause of action against the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation [FDIC] in its corporate capacity 1 pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 1819. This Court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1331. This cause was tried before this Court without a jury on Thursday, October 11, 1984. Reported below are this Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law. Fed.R.Civ.P. 52.
