Rapid Settlements Ltd. (“Rapid”) challenges the trial court’s award of attorney’s fees to Settlement Funding, LLC d/b/a Peachtree Settlement Funding (“Peach-tree) in cause number 14-10-00630-CV. Additionally, Rapid and RSL Funding LLC (RSL Funding) challenge the trial court’s grant of a temporary injunction to Peachtree in cause number 14-10-00902-CV. Because Rapid raised a fact issue regarding the necessity of fee segregation, we reverse and remand cause number 14-10-00630-CV for a new trial.
