A general court-martial with members convicted Appellant, contrary to his pleas, of use of marijuana, possession of marijuana, two specifications of obstruction of justice, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, reckless driving, assault on a law enforcement officer, and fleeing apprehension in violation of Articles 111, 112a, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 911, 912a, 928, 934 (2000).
