MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Pending before the court is petitioner’s objection to the removal of this action from the Circuit Court of Tucker County, West Virginia (Doc. No. 8), which the court will address as a motion to remand. Also pending is respondent Canaan Valley Institute’s motion to compel the joinder of certain parties (Doc. No. 18), and the motion to intervene of the National Youth Science Foundation (Doc. No. 24).
