Petitioner seeks a writ sprohibition tice. Pulaski County Circuit Court to prevent trial of the charges against him on grounds of an alleged speedy-trial violation. The State agrees that the Pulaski County Circuit Court has no jurisdiction to act in this matter; however, it argues that the case stands remanded to the Municipal Court of Maumelle. Because it is unclear from the record before us whether the trial court is wholly without jurisdiction in this matter, the writ of prohibition is denied.
