Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Cohen, J.), rendered April 15, 1986, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts), criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree (two counts), and unlawful possession of marihuana, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
