¶ 1 Scott McHale (Appellant) appeals from the March 6, 2003 judgment of sentence of four to eight years’ imprisonment imposed upon him following his conviction in a bench trial on charges of aggravated assault, causing an automobile accident while not properly licensed, insurance fraud, and forged documents. Appellant raises the following issue before the court:
