The question at issue is the liability of a parent' to support his adult daughter, and necessitates the construction and interpretation of a chancery decree directing such support.

In August, 1940, Mrs. Nan P. Worthington filed suit for divorce against C. B. Worthington on the grounds of indignities; and prayed for maintenance for their two daughters under the age of twenty-one, being Rosalind, then aged nineteen, and Helen, then aged sixteen.
