Pending before this Court are Plaintiffs’, Starlight Sugar, Inc. and Pan American Grain Manufacturing, Inc., Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt.121) and Defendant Neftalí Soto’s Opposition to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary and Defendant Soto’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt.128).
