George John Buss (Buss), a licensee of the California Beal Estate Commission, was named respondent in a proceeding to revoke two broker’s licenses issued to him. One of the licenses was in the name of George John Buss doing business as Geo. J. Buss Bealty; the other in the name of George John Buss doing business as Green Valley Estates Bealty.

On May 25, 1967, a hearing was held on an accusation alleging that Buss had violated certain sections of the Business and Professions Code governing conduct of real estate brokers. Both licenses were described in the accusation.
