Plaintiff Lisa Herdahl is a resident taxpayer and mother of five children who are currently attending the North Pontotoc Attendance Center (“Center” or “North Pontotoc”), a public school located in Ecru, Mississippi. The Center provides public education from kindergarten through the twelfth grade.
