This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Multnomah county which was entered in a suit brought by Lars R. Bergsvik, Jr., as plaintiff, against Loyalty Bergsvik, as devisee, and the Portland Trust Bank, administrator with will annexed of the estate of Sarah W. Bergsvik, deceased, as defendants.
