SUMMARY ORDER

The parties in this action, Lynsey Thompson, Kevin Brittingham, Random Ventures, Inc., Advanced Armament Corp., LLC, and Remington Arms Company, LLC (the latter two, collectively, “AAC”), appeal or cross-appeal from a judgment entered after a bench trial. In such circumstances, we review the district court’s findings of fact for clear error and its conclusions of law de novo. See Citigroup Global Mkts., Inc. v. Abbar, 761 F.3d 268, 273 (2d Cir.2014).
