¶1 The First Judicial District Court, Lewis and Clark Comity, dismissed Debra L. Udelhoven’s petition for judicial review for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Udelhoven appeals. We reverse and remand.

¶2 The issue is whether the District Court violated Udelhoven’s right to due process when it dismissed her petition because she failed to comply with the service requirements of § 40-5-253(4), MCA.
