ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT, DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT, AND DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

KENT, District Judge.

This age discrimination case arises out of the termination of Walter Martin’s (“Plaintiff’) employment with Bayland Inc. (“Defendant”). Now before the Court comes Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, Plaintiffs Cross-Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, and Plaintiffs Motion for Injunctive Relief. For the following reasons, Defendant’s Motion is GRANTED, and Plaintiffs Motions are DENIED.
