This workers’ compensation case concerns the scope of a special supersedeas hearing on a claimant’s challenge to an insurer’s notice of suspension of benefits brought pursuant to section 413(c) of the of the Workers’ Compensation Act (the “Act”),1 77 P.S. § 774.2.
