OPINION
BILLINGS, Associate Presiding Judge:
T1 Somnuk Chansamone appeals the trial court's order denying his motion to suppress evidence seized during a warrantless search. We affirm.
BACKGROUND 1
T2 On the evening of October 12, 2001, Rex Stacey was working as a security guard (or "bouncer") at Bogey's, a night club in Clearfield, Utah.
