—In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendant Ko-Cheng Cheng appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (J. Leone, J.), dated June 15, 2000, which denied his motion to vacate a judgment of the same court, entered July 21, 1995, on the ground of lack of personal jurisdiction, and (2) an order of the same court entered December 11, 2000, which denied his motion for leave to renew.
Ordered that the orders are affirmed, with one bill of costs.
