This suit was brought in the court below against the appellant by the appellee-, the trustee in bankruptcy of C. W. Crawford, who was adjudged bankrupt in September, 1924. A.ppellee’s petition as it was amended contained allegations to the following effect: The appellee and appellant aro citizens of the state of Texas.
