This is an action brought pursuant to the federal Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”) and various state-law claims: the Michigan Motor Vehicle Installment Sales Contracts Act (“MVISCA”), Mioh. Comp.Laws 566.302; the Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act (“MVSFA”), Mich.Comp. Laws 492.112; the Michigan Consumer Protection Act (“MCPA”), Mich.Comp.Laws 445.911; replevin; and unjust enrichment.
