OPINION ON REMAND

TAFT, Justice.

Appellant, Judy Lynn Crawford, was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. This Court affirmed the conviction in Crawford v. State, 863 S.W.2d 152 (Tex.App. — Houston [1st Dist.] 1993) (Cohen, J., concurring and dissenting).1 Echoing Justice Cohen’s dissenting opinion, the Court of Criminal Appeals reversed this Court’s decision.
