This matter is before the Court on Defendant Source Naturals, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 6). The motion is fully briefed and ready for disposition.
Background
Plaintiff filed a Petition in state court on February 11, 2015, alleging a violation of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act (“MMPA”), Mo. Rev. Stat. § 407.020, et seq., and unjust enrichment.
