Pending before the Court in the above referenced cause, alleging violations of Plaintiff Shannon King’s (“King”) rights under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et. seq., Chapter 21 of the Texas Labor Code (formerly known as the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (“TCHRA”)), Tex.
