I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court upon conclusion of a trial on the merits on February 23, 2018. The plaintiff Kenneth Nathan ("Trustee") filed this adversary proceeding to avoid prepetition transfers from debtor James Libra ("Debtor") to defendant Nancy Libra ("Defendant") including certain court ordered transfers and obligations that arose as a result of a consent judgment of divorce between the parties in the Wayne County Circuit Court.
