JOHN V. PARKER, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the court on a motion by plaintiffs to remand. Defendant has filed an opposition. At the request of the court, the parties have filed supplemental briefs 1 . Removal jurisdiction is allegedly based upon diversity of citizenship.
