LUMPKIN, Justice.

The appellants, Cleon Gorbett and W. A. Gorbett, individually and d/b/a Gor-bett Brothers Welding Company, a partnership, and Billy Jack Carpenter, have perfected this appeal from the order of the District Court of Van Zandt County, Texas, overruling their plea of privilege to be sued in Tarrant County, the county of their residence.
