Per Curiam,

The McCahen Sugar Refining and Molasses Company is located at Delaware Avenue and Tasker Street, in the City of Philadelphia. The Pennsylvania Railroad Company maintains tracks which extend across what is known as Ash Street and into the refining company plant, the tracks being located immediately adjacent to the warehouse of the refining company. Cars for loading purposes are daily placed on said tracks and loaded cars are likewise removed therefrom.
