MEMORANDUM OPINION
BULLOCK, District Judge.
Plaintiffs G.E.B., Incorporated (“GEB”) and Geoffrey E. Bodine have filed claims against QVC, Inc. (“QVC”) alleging that they have been damaged by QVC’s breach of contract and unfair and deceptive trade practices. Plaintiffs originally filed their claims on August 16, 1999, in the General Court of Justice, Superior Court Division for Guilford County, North Carolina.
