This action is to replevy a piano. Isenreath received the possession of the piano from the Lanter Company, and gave a certificate that he had hired it from the Lanter Company, it being of the value of $290, for which he agreed to pay $50 on signing this agreement, and to pay the balance in installments of - $7 per month, monthly in advance, or *324sooner, at bis option.
