These matters are consolidated appeals from judgments of the Superior Court of Tulare County. In each case after a hearing on a petition for administrative mandamus, the court found that the Agricultural Labor Relations Board did not act in excess of its jurisdiction; the jurisdiction of the regularity of elections was part of the function and jurisdiction reserved to the Agricultural Labor Relations Board and the superior court was without jurisdiction.1
