Appeal from a judgment, entered July 8, 1918, upon an order of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the third judicial department, reversing a judgment in favor of plaintiff entered upon a verdict directed by the court and directing a dismissal of the complaint. On the 10th of May, 1915, there were in the town of Ghent, Columbia county, two school districts, numbered 8 and 10. On that day plaintiff entered into a contract with the sole trustee of district No. 8, by the terms of which she was to teach school in that district for a period of forty consecutive weeks commencing August 30, 1915, at a weekly salary of ten dollars.
