Missionary Baptist Foundation of America, Inc. (“MBFA”) filed petition for order for relief under Chapter 11 of Title 11, United States Code, on October 15, 1980. The final prepetition payroll issued by the debtor failed to clear the bank account, resulting in $185,649.79 in unpaid payroll checks outstanding at the time the petition was filed.
