Under consideration by the Court is a motion, filed on January 31, 2006, by the United States Trustee (“UST”), seeking conversion of the chapter 11 cases of State Street Associates, L.P. (“SSA”) and State Street Houses, Inc. (“SSH”) (collectively the “Debtors”) pursuant to § 1112(b) of the United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 101-1330 (“Code”).
