Plaintiffs, Robert and Nancee Bales, contract purchasers for certain premises located in Tiskilwa, filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer against defendant, Lucille Nelson, contract seller of the premises, and defendants, Joseph and Delores Heitmann, subsequent purchasers of the premises.
