1Opinion of the CourtFullerton, J.
— For sometime prior to July 22,1924, the appellant, Norman, conducted a real estate business in the city of Seattle. On the date given, he sold a half-interest in the business to the respondent, Cain, for a cash consideration of $1,250, and entered into written articles of partnership with him by the terms of which the parties agreed to continue the business thereafter as partners, sharing the profits and losses.
