In this action the plaintiffs seek an injunction against the defendants, individually and collectively, and all persons acting in concert with them and all other landowners in Lowndes County, Alabama, enjoining said defendants, and others as indicated, from threatening, intimidating, or coercing in any manner, economic or otherwise, for the purpose of interfering with the right of plaintiffs, or of any other person, to become registered to vote, and penalizing or punishing any person by economic sanctions, or otherwise, for having registered to vote or…
