Plaintiff, Maple BPA, Inc, appeals as of right the circuit court’s order granting summary disposition in favor of defendant, Bloomfield Charter Township (Bloomfield Township). After the Michigan Liquor Control Commission (the Commission) denied Maple BPA’s application for a liquor license on the basis that it did not comply with Bloomfield Township’s zoning ordinance (the ordinance), Maple BPA sought a declaratory judgment that the ordinance was unconstitutional.
