Certiorari to review an order of the district court of the eighth judicial district dismissing on the merits a petition for the establishment of a judicial road.

Under Gr. S. 1923, § 2581, a petition for the establishment of a judicial road was filed and presented to the court. Commissioners were appointed, who proceeded to lay out the road as prayed for by the petition and to appraise damages.
