This matter is before the court on the motion of Sherwin-Williams Company for summary judgment brought under Fed. R.Civ.P. 56, made applicable to adversary proceedings in bankruptcy cases by Fed. R.Bankr.P. 7056, in connection with an adversary complaint brought by the trustee, Alexander S. Knopfler, against Sherwin-Williams.
