MORRIS, District Judge.
A rule was issued directed to Rammot Du Pont, requiring him to show cause, if any he has, why an attachment should not issue against him as and for a contempt of •court, as well as for disobedience of the process of subpoena, and *663receive such orders or punishment as in the premises justice may require.
