Plaintiff Building Service Employees International Union, Lodge No. 6, is a voluntary unincorporated labor union, whose members are employed in building maintenance, plaintiffs Ward Coley and Ann Nelson being officers and members of the union. Defendant Seattle Hospital Council is an unincorporated association of certain hospitals in the city of Seattle.
