BLACKBIRD, Justice.

This appeal involves the interpretation, and enforcement, of restrictive covenants covering two vacant parcels of land in the NEJ4 of the NW^ of Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 13 East, in Tulsa County, that will be referred to herein as Lots “B” and “C”.

In 1954, a Mr. and Mrs. North, who then owned this real estate and some other land in the same forty-acre tract, entered into a written agreement with the owners of adjoining land in said tract, entitled: “AGREEMENT Re RESTRICTIONS”.
