This case involves a disputed claim for accidental death and dismemberment benefits and seat belt user accidental death benefits under an employee welfare benefit plan, as defined and governed by the Employees Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. § 1001, et seq. (ERISA). Both sides have moved for summary judgment (docs. 25 and 27).
